With nearly 40 years of doing business in one area, the Rancon Group has established a track record for quality development. In fact, Rancon entities have created more commercial, retail and industrial buildings in the Inland Empire than any other development group.
Rancon Founder Dan Stephenson built his first building in 1973. It would be one of the first office structures on Jefferson Avenue in Temecula, and it would be the first official headquarters building for Rancon. Today the Rancon legacy of development stretches from Temecula to San Bernardino and includes some of the most impressive structures and projects in the Inland Empire.
Rancon’s role in vertical development includes land development, pad sales, build-to-suit, building spec structures, ground leases and reverse build-to-suits for clients. The Rancon Group has also acquired existing structures and used a combination of renovation and management to optimize the facility’s potential.
The following pages contain a chronological history of Rancon projects in each of the major real estate disciplines.
