MARKETPLACE AT HARVEST GLEN
For years, people traveling through Harvest Valley have stopped by the MarketPlace location for local fare from the various fruit stands along Highway 74. Today, the once sleepy stretch of highway is a bustling thoroughfare and soon-to-be major arterial highway connecting the I-215 corridor to the Winchester Valley and Hemet. The MarketPlace at Harvest Glen is designed to reflect the rich history of the area’s past while meeting strong new demand for convenient, full-service shopping.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2008, the MarketPlace will feature approximately 243,000 square feet of commercial space. It will be anchored by a full-size supermarket (57,932 SF), a drug store and a special-use retailer. The three major stores will be connected by two corridors of retail / professional suites. There will also be several stand alone pads for built-to-suit (restaurant) opportunities.
