PROJECT OVERVIEW
Leasing is underway for Heritage
Square in the Menifee Valley, a long awaited shopping
center in a severely underserved area. Scheduled to
be completed in the fall of 2008, Heritage Square will
be one of the first integrated shopping centers in an
area teaming with residential development.
The project site is adjacent to the booming
Heritage Lake subdivision and the future McCall Mesa
subdivision. Heritage Lake is a 300-plus acre residential
project featuring 19 neighborhoods and multiple homebuilders.
Ideally located at the intersection of
McCall Boulevard and Menifee Road, Heritage Square will
feature 154,000 square feet of mixed retail facilities
anchored by a 43,830 square foot Stater Bros. Market and
a 15,000 square foot Longs Drugs. Heritage Square will
feature a range of retail and restaurant locations designed
to meet the area’s growing demand for convenient
shopping and amenities. |
