Rancon Sevilla is a townhome and commercial project located in an in-fill area of the rapidly developing French Valley. This project features 42.81 acres with 16.75 acres allowing for 180 townhome units, and also includes more than four (4) acres of commercial-use acreage. Its approved tentative tract maps (TTM 32151 and 32151-1) adhere to the new State guidelines for sustainable communities (SB 375). Rancon Sevilla is located on the northeast intersection of Winchester Road (Hwy 79) and Abelia Street with frontage on Winchester Road. It is just outside the current City of Temecula City Limits. The commercial portion of this property is located on Winchester Road, and highly visible to more than 25,000 motorists per day.

The French Valley is one of the fastest growing residential communities in Southwest Riverside County and includes a regional airport. It is located in an unincorporated area of Riverside County just east of the cities of Temecula and Murrieta.
