Trailside is in the center of the planned, master-themed Winchester Ranch and positioned at one of the area’s future major intersections. It will be within easy walking distance of many planned amenities including parks, trails and convenient shopping. Minimum lot sizes are 7,200 square feet. Trailside is within the Winchester Hill Specific Plan 293.

The Rancon Group is actively working on a plan with area property owners to continue with infrastructure development that was halted as a result of the recession. This area is destined to be a vibrant residential community, and has many natural amenities. Domenigoni Parkway, a six-lane thoroughfare, was completed in 2006 in anticipation of the planned development.
