Out of the Ashes

Today is a beautiful day in Winchester Ranch California! WHY? Because tractors are rolling and pipes are going into the ground!

Land Developers in partnership with Eastern Municipal Water District are installing the South of Salt Creek Sewer line, which will open up 3500 plus units to development, and it is under construction today! There was a time not too long ago that to develop one home site, the entire length of the sewer line along the south side of Salt Creek would have to be installed. Now that is no longer the case. When a Builder buys land in this long anticipated community, another vital piece of infrastructure will be there for them! As I was driving out to Conestoga at Winchester Ranch to meet one of the contractors, this is what I saw on Leon Road just north of Domenigoni Parkway!

I know, when you read my emails or blogs you think, "how can this guy be so positive" or maybe you say, "is he for real, is all this really happening in Winchester Ranch or is this just a pipe dream?" Yes it is ............ happening that is! I may be a glass is ½ full kind of guy, it is how I choose to live my life and it inspires me to write pieces like The Phoenix Rises and to truly believe that with the faith of a mustard grain one can say, move this mountain from here to there and it will actually move. Like Brian Tracy said "All successful people are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose." Our goal, or purpose, is to bring infrastructure to Winchester Valley and to sell land to homebuilders - and we are committed to that goal. We can't do it with a negative attitude, we have to be positive with diligence of purpose, to believe and achieve - and as a team we are doing just that. A community is being forged in an area that has long been the bullseye of Southwest Riverside County, however, it had only a six lane arterial linking State Route 79 with the I-215 Freeway. Now it has the sewer line under construction, the water improvement plans in final plan check with traffic control plans almost fully approved so that we can begin installing the water lines which are FULLY funded! Now that truly is taking your dreams and turning them into unadulterated realities.

If you want to know more about what we are doing and how we are accomplishing all of this, please give me a call to discuss. We are excited about the area and what will be completed in the next 12 months. Who knows, maybe we will help make your dreams realities too!

Moving mountains? We have already done that, now we are just smoothing out the edges!
