MURRIETA - The Rancon Group today announced the launch of its new corporate website - www.rancongroup.com. This third generation site reflects Rancon's commitment to innovative technology solutions and greatly enhances access to information on the projects and services they offer.
"We are thrilled with the launch of the new site," says Sharon Racz, Associate VP of Marketing for the Rancon Group. "We have taken advantage of what new technology has to offer, and by doing so, it has completely re-energized and strengthened our online presence. We have provided visitors insight to Rancon's role in the Southern California real estate market, our vision, and the people who have played a part in the Rancon success story."
The Rancon Group partnered with User Experience, Inc., a leader in digital and social marketing solutions, to develop a roadmap for a new website. One of the many new additions to the Web portal is a blog space for the executive management team to share their thoughts and opinions about specific segments of the market, and their vision of how the company and its partners can develop successful strategies for the future.
"The new site gives Rancon a direct communication channel to their market," says Darren Kramer, Principal of User Experience, Inc. "They are now able to provide key insight, market data, present new opportunities and share analysis and growth projections with investors, builders, financial institutions and others."
The new site also offers a newsletter and email broadcasting system that enables followers to stay up-to-date with the latest in development and market trends. The site is fully integrated with interactive communications that are broadcast across the social media spectrum.
"The most important thing - it helps us to connect," says Dan Stephenson, Rancon Founder and Chairman. "We can publicize how we are dealing with the challenges in the market and what kind of opportunities we see in the future. We've been in this area of Southern California for more than 40 years and we firmly believe it is one of the best places to live in the entire country, and that's what makes it such a good investment for us, and our partners. The new Web site will enable us to better share our vision with a broader audience."
According to Racz, who supervised the implementation of the site, one of the goals was to establish Rancongroup.com as a premier destination site for people interested in Southern California real estate development news, analysis and information.
"We have integrated our Web site content with our social media outreach and our eNewsletter publications to provide a steady stream of new, and relevant, information," says Racz. "We want to maintain the same level of personal communication that we have established over the years. The site will allow us to provide the information in a judicious manner and make it more accessible."
