This property is located on the north side of Bundy Canyon Road approximately .75 miles east of I-15 on Bundy Canyon Road.
A multi-family development in this location would be a welcome addition to the area given that in August 2013 Walmart began processing plans with the City of Wildomar to build a186,000 square foot supercenter on approximately 22 acres that the company owns at I-15 and Bundy Canyon Road.
Plans are moving forward for the widening of Bundy Canyon Road. On September 10, 2014 the City of Wildomar certified the EIR for the Bundy Canyon Road/Scott Road Improvement Project. The City has awarded contracts for detailed engineering design and the preparation of plans for the widening of Bundy Canyon Road for the three-mile section starting at I-15 and running east to Sunset Avenue, an area that lies within the boundaries of the City of Wildomar.
Bundy Canyon Estates is in an area of expanding growth in the new City of Wildomar. It is planned for an estate residential project.
