Rancon began building the $75-million Rancon Centre Ontario, a 1.25-million-square-foot distribution and commercial complex at the northeast corner of the junction of Interstates 10 and 15 in Ontario in March 1988. Phase I was completed in Spring, 1989 and contained seven low-rise buildings with a totoal of 326,000 square fee of distribution and commercial space.
Rancon Center Ontario was one of the first industrial centers built along the I-10 "goods movement corridor" in Ontario.
