Village Walk Plaza is a 300,000 square foot power retail center located in Murrieta. Anchor tenants include: Guitar Center, Sports Authority, Bed Bath & Beyond, Babies “R” Us, Bev-Mo, Office Depot, Party City and more. It was completed in 2008 by a Rancon Group partnership and sold in 2010. Village Walk Plaza is part of the Village Walk Master Plan that included Village Walk Square, a mixed use office and commercial complex, and Grand Isle, a 453 unit age-restricted apartment complex. The Village Walk Master Plan included approximately 67 acres at the northwest corner of Kalmia Street and the I-15.

The Village Walk Master Plan was a major undertaking for the Rancon Group and included the construction of a corporate office building (Rancon Headquarters), bank and restaurant and the development of a large senior citizens complex. The Rancon Group also managed the construction of the power retail center, as well as a bridge overcrossing and access road (Village Walk Drive). In the process, the Rancon preserved more than seven acres of open space and created a nature preserve held in perpetuity.
